Founded in the early 1990s by the late Paul Sherry, Sherry Development has grown the Paul Sherry Industrial Park into Piqua, Ohio’s most recognized and respected industrial hubs. Strategically located on Fox Drive and Homer Drive, the park offers unmatched convenience—just minutes south of Downtown Piqua, 3 minutes from Interstate 75, and 18 minutes from Interstate 70—making it an ideal location for industrial businesses of all kinds.

Mr. Sherry’s vision was to create a space where businesses could thrive with room to grow, and his legacy continues today. Following his passing in 2023, Sherry Development was proudly passed down to his grandsons, James and Michael Sherry. Together, they are committed to carrying forward their grandfather’s mission—building opportunity, supporting growth, and fostering long-term partnerships with every client.
